Are you a member or staff of a union or a worker organization? Do you want to help empower workers to improve workplace safety, health, and well-being? Would you like to become more skillful when facilitating meetings? If yes, then the "Building TWH Leaders" Train the Trainer* course was designed for you! This interactive training equips union and worker organization leaders with the skills to engage workers in addressing workplace safety and well-being. Participants will learn to facilitate discussions, guide activities from the Healthy Workplace Participatory Program for Unions (HWPP-U), and foster labor-management collaboration to advance Total Worker Health® (TWH) principles. Through hands-on exercises, modeling, and discussion, attendees will: ✅ Develop facilitation skills for engaging workers in safety and well-being initiatives ✅ Explore the HWPP-U framework and its application in workplace settings ✅ Learn strategies to support labor-management collaboration ✅ Gain confidence in leading structured activities designed to empower workers By the end of the session, participants will be prepared to facilitate key HWPP-U meetings and promote a worker-driven approach to workplace health and safety.
